1. The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and PepBiotics LLC (“PepBiotics,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 or older and a qualified researcher or laboratory professional to purchase. By ordering you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you’re authorized to use the payment method.

3. Products, pricing & availability

• Products are research materials supplied as lyophilized peptides in sealed vials, identified by lot number.
• Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders that look fraudulent or intended for unauthorized resale.
• Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded rather than honored.
• Subscriptions renew at the cadence you chose, at the subscription price, until you pause or cancel — which you can do at any time before a renewal ships.

4. Research use only / not for human use

All products are sold for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, or treatment. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site — product pages, articles, lab reports, or support conversations — is medical advice or guidance on in-vivo use or dosing. Read our full research use only disclaimer.

5. Research-use eligibility & acknowledgment

By placing an order you affirm that you are a qualified researcher or laboratory professional, are 21 or older, and are acquiring these materials solely for lawful in-vitro research or laboratory use. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of them under appropriate protocols and to comply with all laws and institutional requirements that apply where you are. You acknowledge that some compounds may be restricted or regulated in some jurisdictions, and that determining and maintaining compliance is your responsibility.

6. Lab results & site content

Certificates of Analysis are published for transparency about the specific lot they cover; they describe that lot at the time of testing and aren’t a warranty beyond it. Site content, branding, and images belong to PepBiotics LLC and may not be reused commercially without permission — sharing a COA to fact-check us is always welcome.

7. Reviews & submissions

By submitting a review you grant us a non-exclusive right to publish it (with your first name) on this site and in marketing. Reviewers are researchers describing handling, purity, and laboratory experience — not health outcomes. We moderate for spam and abuse only; critical reviews are published. Don’t submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that includes health, dosing, or human-use claims.

8. Returns & guarantee

Purchases are covered by our 30-day guarantee described in Shipping & Returns, which is part of these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PepBiotics LLC’s total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. We’d genuinely rather fix a problem than litigate it — contact support@pepbiotics.com first. Unresolved disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
